Residents enjoyed outdoor Zumba with Sheri O’Donnell a professional Zumba instructor. The Zumba class provides the residents with 45 minutes of exercise. On this beautiful Fall afternoon the residents engaged in stimulating chair exercises while listening to upbeat music. The residents were outside in front of the Knollwood building under the canopy.
