We are located at 921 Knollwood Village Road, in Caseyville, Illinois. We are conveniently located just off from Highway 157, about 1.5 miles north of Interstate 64. We have several large hospitals nearby including Memorial East and West, and St. Elizabeth’s. These hospitals include emergency and senior care among other services. Various general and specialty medical provider offices, are located nearby as well.
Knollwood Retirement Community is part of the St. Clair County Transportation District that allows seniors 65+ to ride the MetroLink and the Metro Bus in St. Clair and Madison Counties for free. There is a Metro Bus stop at the entrance to our drive. Knollwood is 2.9 miles northeast of the Fairview Heights MetroLink station. We are close to one of the largest concentrations of retail in the St. Louis region with Lincoln Place, Marketplace, Crossroads Center, and St. Clair Square offering a variety of national and regional retailers. Knollwood Retirement Community is only a 15-minute drive from downtown St. Louis which features many additional attractions including the St. Louis Zoo, Science Center, Aquarium, St. Louis Wheel, Botanical Gardens, Grizzly and Cardinals Ball Park Stadiums, and St. Louis Blues Arena.

Each apartment has its own kitchenette with a full size refrigerator and bathroom with handicap accessible showers. Window treatments, mini-blinds and is prewired for a telephone. Each unit has a full bath with shower, individual thermostat for heating and air-conditioning and is equipped with a 24-hour emergency call system
